Crew Wellness Week at the Monaco Yacht Show 2026

Our first Crew Wellness Week is complete, and we wanted to say thank you to everyone who got behind it.
Putting on wellness events during the Monaco Yacht Show, the busiest show of the superyacht year was always going to be a challenge. Crew arrive in Monaco at the end of a long Mediterranean season, stretched and with very little time to themselves. That’s exactly why we wanted to do it.
Across the week we ran an early morning pilates class, a run along the port, coffee and conversation in the Döhle lounge, and a treasure hunt through the streets of Monaco to finish. It was a brilliant experience, and a reminder that crew wellbeing is as much about connection, fresh air and a bit of time away from the show as it is about fitness.

A few moments from across the week.

Why it matters
85% of crew say they suffer from stress, up from 69% in 2021. Crew look after everyone else on board, and Crew Wellness Week is about giving a little of that back, with time to move, reset and connect with crew from other yachts.
One thing stood out all week. During the show, crew are pulled in every direction, and the small amount of time they get to themselves is precious. Sometimes that means a run with others and sometimes it means an hour of quiet on your own. Both matter, and it’s something we’ll be building into every event we plan from here.
With thanks
A huge thank you to Intact Insurance UK, our Headline Sponsor, for backing crew wellbeing and making the week free for crew. Having Intact behind Crew Wellness Week from the start meant we could put it on for crew without asking anything of them in return.

Thank you also to Virtual Pursers, our Supporting Partner, for joining us on this initiative and backing crew at the most demanding time of the year, and to Döhle Yachts, our Venue Partner, for welcoming us into their lounge.
What comes next
This is just the start. Crew Wellness Week is something we’re committed to building on, and we’re already looking at what comes next.
If you’d like to get involved in a future crew wellness event, whether that’s as a sponsor, a partner or by bringing your crew along, we’d love to hear from you.
